The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy while ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive engagement, visibility, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
Support and deliver the overall marketing strategy and plan
Protect and enhance the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints
Develop engaging internal communications that promote company culture and values
Partner with teams across the business to identify marketing and brand opportunities
Ensure all external communications are consistent in tone, quality, and messaging
Social Media Management
Own and manage the company’s social media strategy and content calendar
Create and deliver engaging, on‑brand content across platforms
Monitor performance and provide insights through analytics and reporting
Build and engage with the online community, managing brand reputation
Support campaigns and business initiatives with timely social content
Content, Website & PR
Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, etc.)
Manage and update website content in line with SEO best practices
Support PR activities including press releases and media engagement
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers across design, digital, and content
Photography, Video & Events
Coordinate photography, videography, and digital content creation
Plan and deliver internal and external events that support business objectives
Research & Reporting
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor and benchmark marketing performance
Produce regular reports with insights, results, and recommendations
About You
7+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
Strong background in brand management, campaign delivery, and content creation
Proven experience managing corporate social media channels with measurable results
Proficient in CMS, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics) and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
