Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving our Early Careers Programmes. Your primary objective will be to shape a programme that supports our long-term talent needs and ensures the success of our early careers talent.
The role involves overseeing recruitment, designing engaging induction and development modules, rotations, and progression pathways. You will build strong relationships with universities, industry bodies, and professional institutions. Additionally, you will support learners and line managers through coaching and mentoring, act as the point of contact for all programme stakeholders, and represent us at events to promote our employer brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years proven experience coordinating graduate or early careers programmes.
* Strong experience working with Apprentice providers, Solas & government agencies.
* Strong knowledge of graduate recruitment, development, and talent management strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working with universities, managers, and industry bodies.
* Strong organisational & communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
