Quality Manager
for our client, a reputable main contractor based in
Cork
. After an increase in work, they are looking for an experienced Construction Quality Manager to ensure high compliance standards (PERM)

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Conduct site audits and provide quality feedback to project teams
* Support BCAR inspections, documentation, and certification
* Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions
* Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve quality issue.
* Provide quality input at project meetings and assess risk
* Assist with external audits and regulatory inspections.
* Develop and implement project-specific Quality and Inspection Plans.
* Oversee inspections, method statements, and compliance procedure
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working across a variety of sectors.
* Minimum of 5 years experience within a construction management role.
* Strong understanding of quality systems, BCAR, and site compliance.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
