Hooked is a busy, award-winning seafood restaurant known for fresh, local ingredients and a friendly team environment. We're looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen crew on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene
* Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment
* Perform regular oil changes and ensure waste is handled safely and efficiently
* Unpack and store deliveries promptly and correctly
* Keep storage areas organised and clean
* Support chefs with general kitchen porter duties
* Take out bins and recycling as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as a kitchen porter in a busy restaurant kitchen
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
