Job Title: Business Development Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious sales professional to join our EMEA sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in growing our existing business as a Commercial Relationship Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and acting as the main point of contact for a book of business, driving net growth within that book, and working on expansion opportunities within that book.
You will also be responsible for running a proactive and effective renewal process, articulating Intercom's value using the Command of the Message framework, forecasting and planning pacing throughout each month and quarter, and partnering with a CSM and SE to ensure long-term success of your book.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B closing role.
* 2+ years of SaaS experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to discover pain and articulate potential solutions.
* Able to accurately qualify opportunities.
* Able to do light demos or work closely with Sales Engineer/CSSM.
* Capable of building compelling presentations for customers (QBRs, Pricing proposals etc).
* Experience forecasting on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Bonus Requirements
* Experience working in B2B SaaS.
* Experience working renewals.
* Experience using the Command of the Message framework.
* Experience using MEDDPICC as a qualification framework.
