Responsibilities:
9. Lead Daily Store Operations: From stock control and merchandising to staffing and compliance, ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
10. Champion the Customer Experience: Bring energy and passion to every interaction, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty and trust.
11. Inspire & Motivate Your Team: Lead by example, setting high standards and cultivating a team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and results.

Skills and experience required:
14. Proven track record in retail management, ideally in a big box or large-format store.
15. Experience leading teams of 15+.
16. Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
17. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
