Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Provide overall direction for children's residential services, aligned with service planning, development, and quality assurance initiatives.
Ensure delivery of efficient, high-quality, and person-centred services.
Operational Management
Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, audits, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, HIQA standards, and safeguarding procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with families, medical consultants, MDTs, and external partners (HSE, Tusla, schools, etc.).
Represent St.Joseph's Foundation on regional and national committees.
Promote public relations and positive service branding.
Finance & Resource Management
Work with Director of Finance on budgeting, expenditure, and financial reporting.
Ensure value for money and appropriate use of service user funds.
Service Quality & Continuous Improvement
Drive quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
Ensure complaints, incidents, and feedback are managed appropriately.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and staff.
