An experienced HR Process & Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in strengthening operational compliance by identifying areas where HR processes do not align with internal policies. They lead the implementation of effective controls, monitoring frameworks, and process redesigns to close these gaps.
As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to redesign key processes such as Hire to Retire and Payroll. This ensures they are efficient, user-friendly, control-based, and audit-ready.
