This role, based in Mayo in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry, entails supporting customer relationships across multiple operating units in partnership with regional bottling and manufacturing groups.
This role involves managing commercial product supply to multiple ship-to locations across several countries.
The scope is primarily operational and tactical, with connectivity to select strategic initiatives.
This role combines operational, short-term impact management with involvement in longer-term strategic objectives and programs.
The position proactively works with customers, bottling systems, and supply chain partners to ensure optimal supply and business models are in place to support changing priorities in a volatile and competitive market.
The role influences operational priorities executed by direct reports, ensuring tactical decisions are aligned with regional strategic guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Commercial Product Supply (CPS) relationship with assigned customers, ensuring alignment across large-scale, complex operating units.
Act as the primary point of contact for coordination and escalation related to operational supply management and strategic alignment.
Assure on-time, in-full supply through end-to-end collaboration across supply chain partners.
Set direction and alignment with key stakeholder managers to support effective customer and bottler relationships.
Support global and strategic initiatives at the customer level, ensuring implementation of end-to-end value creation opportunities in collaboration with a broad network of global stakeholders, including senior leadership, using Agile methodologies.
Lead next-generation S&OP processes between customer groups and CPS, optimizing end-to-end visibility and strategic volume alignment while balancing business requirements with supply chain capacity and capabilities.
Ensure demand planning collaboration processes (from operational demand reviews to longer-term strategic planning initiatives) are aligned across customer teams, connecting sales forecasts and actuals and providing real-time, accurate information to enable optimal supply trade-offs.
Translate customer requirements and issues into CPS actions, leading cross-functional problem-solving across multiple locations and disciplines (e.g., Quality, Finance, Transportation, Manufacturing, Product Commercialization), ensuring fast, effective, and sustainable solutions.
Coach and develop Customer Account Specialists supporting the business, fostering a strong culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
Drive standardization and automation of customer service processes.
Partner with manufacturing leadership teams to support business continuity planning when required.
