PepsiCo's Demand Accelerator drives transformational commercial solutions. Elevating the Service Model is its focus for 2023 and beyond.
As a key role in this effort, you will identify and implement In-store strategy with a strong focus on Commercial and category strategy via Perfect Store championing and Integrated commercial process embedding.
This involves working closely with Business Units and commercial packages like Next Gen GTM, RGM to establish Perfect Store global best practices/standards for implementation across PepsiCo.
Responsibilities include supporting Perfect Store IB community globally, designing and executing existing Perfect Store programs in IB, and leading the establishment of PS programs in Beverages Franchise owned business.
Additionally, you will monitor and implement Industry leading trends in Perfect Store to ensure standards identified and implemented confirm PepsiCo's reputation as a thought leader in this space.
Key Qualifications
* 7+ years of internal experience in marketing, account sales or category management
* Commercial experience with European retailers/UK retailers
* A strong customer management record with delivery of results across a multi functional agenda
