INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:Job Title – Site Manager Project – Residential – HousesJob Location – LouthSalary – €55K-€65KAbout the CompanyWorking on a housing development in Louth with a reputable Building & Civils Contractor. This main contractor specialises in social housing, educational developments and renovation/ conservation work.The RoleCoordination and supervision of the construction of Residential development.Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.Report into and support the Company Director.Oversee commercial and residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required and meetings with clients to update them on the progress of the project.RequirementsA Degree in Construction Management or similar.A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager on housing developments.Engineering background is desirable.Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.For any additional information on the role, please contact Tanya McCann at Inform3 Recruitment.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
