We are now looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team.
The primary duties include:
Follow brand standards for the service of food and beverage.
Serve all guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
Maintain high cleanliness standards in the bar and restaurant.
Greet guests warmly and courteously.
Wear the correct uniform, including a name badge, at all times.
Present yourself professionally and adhere to grooming standards set in the staff handbook.
Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report any complaints or incidents to your manager or supervisor promptly.
