Key Responsibilities 1.
Field Audits and Compliance Conduct field audits to ensure installers comply with Group Policy, Procedures, and Site Rules .
Perform joint field audits alongside the Project Management team, Health & Safety Manager, and Supervisors.

Contractual and Remedial Oversight Monitor adherence to contractual obligations .
Address deviations identified in audits with remedial actions .
3.
Health & Safety Management Provide onsite support to Supervisors and the Project Management team in health and safety matters.
Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents as required.
4.
Risk Assessment Review risk assessments, including site-specific risk assessments carried out by installers.
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all risk-related activities.
5.
Stakeholder Liaison Act as the liaison with the internal team and client safety personnel, clarifying work methods and safety processes.
Deliver HSEQ briefings and participate in HSEQ meetings .
6.
Training and Development Provide training for new employees and subcontractors, ensuring they are inducted into safety protocols.
Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for staff as required.
7.
Auditing and Reporting Assist in the coordination and implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
Participate in fleet inspections, yard inspections, and other relevant auditing duties.
Requirements Education: Health & Safety qualification is mandatory.
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within the utilities or construction sector.
Driving License: A full, valid driving license is required.
Skills: Strong auditing and compliance capabilities.Excellent communication and team coordination skills.Ability to prepare and deliver safety briefings and reports.
