Global IT Supply Chain Leader
This senior leadership position has a global scope and is responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving innovation, and leading a team of technical product owners/analysts across diverse regions and business units within an agile product-based organizational structure.
Job Description:
* Lead a multi-region team to promote standardization, scalability, and platform performance that supports supply chain operations.
* Guide the team in managing regional priorities while considering global platform plans and vision, adapting to local markets, and maximizing product impact.
* Drive cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for standardization and drive platform vision and product delivery with measured business impact.
* Engage with key stakeholders at global and regional levels to ensure a cohesive product vision and strategy.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of the global product portfolio, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 12+ years of relevant experience.
* Experience in global programs and defining vision considering regional needs.
* Strong leadership mindset.
* Experience driving implementation of platform standardization in multiple regions with centralized support (ERP, IBP, product launches).
* Extensive global product management experience, including managing teams and driving strategy across multiple regions and business units.
* Proven track record of successfully launching products in diverse markets and driving innovation on a global scale.
* Exceptional leadership, cultural sensitivity, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
