Dental Assistant Job Opportunity
Job Role and Responsibilities
This is a permanent part-time role, 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Dentists in providing chair-side support to ensure the accurate and timely completion of treatments and relevant records for patient care.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, equipment, and instruments according to the practice's health and safety policy, manufacturers' instructions, and infection control guidelines.
* Ensure adequate stock levels for smooth practice operations and inform staff when levels diminish.
* Liaise with Reception Team for seamless patient communication and record transfer.
* Collaborate with Practice Manager in training new clinical team members as needed.
* Work with Practice Manager to handle and resolve patient complaints in line with company guidelines.
* Support reception duties when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1-2 years of Dental Nursing experience.
* Authorized to work in Ireland.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Fluent written and oral English skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, internet, and email usage.
* Dental Nurse qualification is an asset.
