Marqette, a leading food hall and restaurant at Dublin airport, is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team.
The successful candidate will assist the head and sous chefs during service, prepare food before service, work on starters and main courses, and help with the training of new junior level chefs.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures and cooking food to order.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' chef experience and be available to work a full-time permanent position of 39 hours per week.
