Tenure – Permanent Full Time
Panel – A panel may be created from which permanent and specified purpose contract vacancies of full or part time duration may be filled.
Hours of Work – 37.5 Hours – the allocation of these hours will be at the discretion of the Department Head and in accordance with needs of service
Location of Post – Peamount Healthcare, Newcastle, Co. Dublin
Working Model – Fully Onsite
Annual Leave – As per Health Service Executive (HSE)
Proposed Interview Date – Week of 18th/25th May 2026 - At least 1 week’s notice will be provided
Take Up Appointment – Successful applicant(s) must be available to take up the role within a reasonable timeframe
Reporting Relationship – Post holder: professionally accountable to the Director of Nursing, reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager and ADON

Salary Scale Information
New appointees coming from the private sector will be placed on the minimum point of the scale. Clinical and Therapy Grades and Staff Nurses: Incremental credit may be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland and abroad (Department of Health Circular 2/2011) in the Civil Service, local authorities, public service, health service and other public service bodies and statutory agencies.
