The Senior HR Leader will be responsible for providing high-level strategic and corporate HR leadership, promoting evidence-based HR practice, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A business degree or equivalent relevant qualification (postgraduate qualification advantageous) is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' senior-level HR leadership experience, proven track record managing HR functions across multi-site operations, and demonstrated success in project management and delivery of complex HR initiatives.
