Social Care Professional
We are seeking an experienced Person in Charge to provide the highest possible standards of support to those who use our clients' service.
Purpose of the Role:
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
* Ensure that individuals receive the best possible care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting.
* A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification.
* Experience in managing residential services.
* Level 6 management qualification.
* Full driving license and access to own transport.
* Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
