Member Service Representative
This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to members by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This includes responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits from members who need assistance with various services such as bill payments, account changes, new accounts setup etc.
* Provides member reception and responds to inquiries regarding KEC services
