Payroll Administrator Position
Were seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with a hybrid model, requiring full-time office attendance during the initial training period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll and PRSA for up to 170 staff
* Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and credit control
* Administer bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier payments
* Support onboarding and induction of new staff
* Handle general admin (ordering supplies, ad hoc tasks)
As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with the Finance Director and Accounts Officer to manage weekly payroll while supporting general finance and office administration.
Requirements:
* 912 months experience in payroll and/or accounts administration
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Experience with IPASS (an advantage, not essential)
* A flexible, team-oriented mindset
