The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of their section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
They will also be expected to contribute to menu development, implement new ideas and concepts, and maintain high levels of quality control throughout the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities: To oversee the daily operations of your section, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
To work closely with senior chefs to develop new menu items, improve existing ones, and ensure consistency across all kitchen areas.
To manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to support growth and development.
