Seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Accounts Assistant in our Dublin office.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity that involves managing accounts payable and receivable functions, performing bank reconciliations, processing payments, maintaining the billing system, and handling expenses. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting invoicing, resolving billing queries, coordinating admin tasks, and providing occasional support to other departments as required.
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in an accounts or finance-related position, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organisational skills. Experience with Sage is an advantage.
