We're expanding our Team and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator in Park West, Dublin 12. This role will consist of working Monday- Friday.

This role is an integral part of the BDS Vending Solutions team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the business.

This exciting role, reporting to the Operations Manager, involves a variety of administrative duties as well as customer service responsibilities. The office administrator will be the first point of contact for any telephone enquiries both externally and internally. The day-to-day duties of our successful candidate will comprise of set responsibilities, as well as providing administrative support to the various business functions.

We are seeking someone enthusiastic, customer focused, and motivated. They must be able to work well within a team environment and demonstrate their own initiative when required.

Responsibilities:

* Answering telephones in a timely manner, transferring calls to the relevant department as and when required.
* Uploading service call logs and customer queries
* Updating our databases incl. data entry into our systems
* Define and implement appropriate processes to ensure the continuous effective and efficient operation of BDS on a day-to-day basis.
* Develop creative solutions to customer issues & follow through to resolution
* Setting up all new vending machines on our system
* Assisting with client requests such as sales reports on machine's etc.
* Sending commission figures to accounts department
* Sending monthly sales reports to the required clients
* Undertake general ad hoc duties as may be reasonably required from time to time, commensurate with the nature of the role.

Desired Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service/ administration role
* Proven organizational & administrative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Fluent written and spoken English is a prerequisite
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong work ethic with a team player attitude.
* Must have proficient computer skills, experience using Microsoft Office package essential
* Comfortable with data analysis & numeracy skills
* Ability to take initiative with a positive, "problem-solving" attitude
* Ability to multitask and ensure flawless execution with excellent attention to detail.
* A flexible self-starter, ability to think on your feet with a desire to embrace responsibility.
* A process-oriented individual, with an appreciation and understanding of the end goal.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
