Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site operations for a complex pharma project involving demolition, strip-out, and high-spec fit-out phases.
This role requires overseeing a team of 30–40 site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating all site activities, managing daily operations, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally within the pharma or industrial sectors.
* Strong background in demolition, strip-out, and fit-out projects.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors on site.
