What is a 48 Digital Product Manager
You will have overall accountability for everything Digitalon 48. From Strategy through to Architecture, Journey Design through to ReleaseScheduling. Working for the General Manager for 48, you will work acrosscommercial, experience and technology, and partner with Three’s DigitalInnovation Team and our outsourced partners to deliver and continuously improveexperience across our website and app to meet our Commercial targets. We’re adigital first brand, so this role is central to driving and achieving ourbusiness outcomes and would suit a well-rounded and resilient Digitalpractitioner as comfortable in the depths of technical architecture as ASO.
A Day in the Life of a 48 Digital Product Manager:
Product Strategy and Vision:
* Develop, own, and deliverthe 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap for 48, encompassing planning,execution, technology, customer, and commercial outcomes.
* Act as a thought leaderwith strong market awareness, adept at identifying digital trends, andwork closely with the Digital Innovation, IT, Risk and Fraud, and FinanceLeadership teams to make informed investment decisions.
* Influence investment andchange agendas to ensure equitable consideration of 48's requirements.
* Manage digital-relatedOPEX and CAPEX for 48, ensuring effective monitoring and management tooptimize spending.
* Fully accountable foroptimizing channel performance against targets and ensuring action plansand initiatives are collaboratively agreed with Digital Propositions toachieve KPIs—sales across all products, acquisition and retention,customer satisfaction, and usage.
* Accountable for creating adigital marketing and sales plan in cooperation with key stakeholders tooptimize SEO and utilize analytics.
* Ensure digital is a central element ofnew proposition and device launches.
Product Development:
* Build strong relationshipsacross the business, including Digital Innovation, Technology, Data &Analytics, to identify best-in-class experiences across global eCommerceproviders; identify areas for improvement, build a roadmap, and executepromptly.
* Conduct regular audits of48 to identify areas of defect or DX improvement, working with thePlanning, Human-Centered Design, and Development Teams to prioritize andexecute improvements efficiently.
* Accountable for onboardingall new products into the online domain to ensure consistency inexperience and protection of profit.
Project Management:
* Manage product developmenttimelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with marketing,sales, and customer service teams to support product launches andcampaigns from a technical perspective.
* Monitor and report on theperformance of 48, using data to drive improvements.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Collaborate with theHuman-Centered Design team to identify journey enhancements and improvethe overall 48 experience.
* Own and execute a sprintplan that implements measurable continuous improvements over the fiscalyear.
* Implement A/B testing andother methods to continually improve product offerings.
* Leverage customerinformation from the Digital Team, Customer Insights, CX, and Data teamsto gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback while validating changesthrough customer and data insights to monitor performance improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Responsible for reporting,monitoring, insights, and actions associated with funnel effectiveness.
* Accountable for benchmarkanalysis and reporting on 48 benchmarking, aiming to outperformcompetitors in key metrics.
* Serve as the point ofcontact and responsible for reporting on 48 performance at every level ofthe business, including SLT and ELT where required.
* Overseeing Adobe Analyticsreporting and insights related to the 48 platform.
The Skills We're Looking For -
Must Have:
* Extensive experience withe-Commerce technologies, including platforms, analytics, infrastructure,and personalization technologies (ideally all Adobe).
* Proficient in utilizingonline analytics to deliver improvements in customer experience andconversion rates.
* Experience directingdigital transformation and/or managing a portfolio of projects achievingclearly defined outcomes.
* Exceptional communication,reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinkingskills to recommend appropriate solutions quickly.
* Strong influencing andnegotiation skills.
* Capability to workindependently and collaboratively with colleagues to solve complexproblems.
* Skilled in effective datavisualization, risk, issue, and dependency management.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in digitalmarketing, including paid search and SEO strategies.
* Experience in minimalviable product prototyping.
* Familiarity with Figma orequivalent design tools.
* Experience creatingVISIO-based architecture diagrams.
* Experience working inAgile squads or deploying via Agile software development.
* Excellent commercialacumen with the ability to align action with performance.
* Experience in developmentincluding low code would be advantageous.
