The role will lead Compliance reporting directly to the CEO.
The company has expansion plans across Europe and the Middle East.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in working within a well-established, VC-funded high-growth scaleup, rather than a larger traditional bank or consulting firm.
Responsibilities Manage all compliance functions in Ireland and the EU.
Assist in managing the CBI authorization process and play a critical role in designing and implementing the compliance framework.
Execute day-to-day PCF responsibilities.
Drive the compliance culture and oversee regulatory obligations.
Lead the MiFID authorization process as the primary contact for the CBI.
Develop and oversee the AML Framework.
Manage regulator interactions.
Prepare management reports related to compliance.
Experience Experienced financial services compliance executive.
Experience with PCF 12 (Head of Compliance) and PCF 52 (Head of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Compliance).
Experience working in a regulated firm in a senior compliance role.
MiFID experience is considered an advantage.
Previous experience as an MLRO.
Significant experience in Irish compliance standards.
Prior engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland.
