Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role will suit someone with experience in customer service, front desk operations, or a hotel reception background.

* Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
* Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
* Manage phone and email inquiries, providing accurate and prompt responses.
* Assist guests with bookings, queries, and any special requests.
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Assist in administrative duties related to front office operations.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a front office, hotel reception, or customer service role is an advantage.
* Must be flexible and available to work weekends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Must have a good command of both written and spoken English.
* Must be an EU Citizen or in possession of an unrestrictive visa for the EU.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hotel management systems (Hotsoft) is an advantage.
