About Your New Job as a Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming and outgoing post.
Book couriers, manage boardrooms, and visitor parking.
Order taxis, manage electronic diaries, and prepare meeting rooms.
Support the Executive Admin Team with various tasks.
What Skills You Need as a Receptionist
Previous reception experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional etiquette, self-motivated, and organized.
MS Office and switchboard experience.
What's on Offer?
Salary: €35K - €40K.
Benefits: Pension 5%, Health Allowance €1,400, Parking.
