The Role:
* Help clients finance the purchase of properties and switch existing mortgages
* Work within a team of advisors in a fast-paced environment
* Manage a portfolio of clients, providing advice to new clients and ongoing support throughout the mortgage completion process
* Ensure accurate data entry at all times
* Identify the best mortgage solutions
* Manage and track related paperwork, including bank statements and lender applications
* Liaise and negotiate with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable loan options for clients financial affordability
Ideal Candidate:
* At least 2+ years' experience in providing mortgage advice
* QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) designation
* Good communication skills and confident ability
* Solid understanding of the mortgage process and market leading products
* Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving goals
