About the Role:
* Lead setting out for housing units, apartments, roads, and drainage works.
* Oversight of daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades.
* Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical capability in setting out and construction sequencing. They must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with project management teams.
