Quality and Safety Analyst
. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the chosen candidate will be based at the processing facility in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, where activities include the repackaging of solvents. The role involves liaising with colleagues (on- and off-site), customers, and suppliers. We encourage and foster a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere, and it is important that the chosen candidate contributes to that culture. Job Specification / Responsibilities
Quality Control
* Chemical analysis of raw materials and products.
* For determining conformance to specification and investigating non-conformances.
* Development of test methods.
* Monitoring of production processes.
Product Development
* Analysis of competitors' products to understand how composition is related to performance.
Quality Management
* Writing and reviewing procedures.
* Responding to non-conformances.
* Member of the internal audit team.
Customer Support
* Meeting customers to better understand their needs.
Safety Management
* Using risk assessments to identify hazards, assess controls in place, and propose improvements.
* Member of the Safety Action Group.
* Writing and reviewing Risk Assessments.
* Managing the response to Safety and other non-compliances.
Technical
* Optimisation of production processes.
* Introduction of new products and processes.
Training
* Identification of Quality and Safety training needs.
* Providing training and monitoring application.
Essential Skills and Experience
Personal

Technical
