Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive success across a multi-franchise car dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
* Create and deliver sales strategies to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.
* Monitor performance and ensure KPIs are met.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve queries effectively.
* Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering and the mix of new and used cars.
* Work with marketing team to plan promotions and events that boost showroom traffic.
* Represent the dealership at industry and community events.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies while staying up to date with products and market trends.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years in automotive sales, including 2+ years in management.
* Experience in multi-franchise dealerships is an advantage.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Proven track record in developing and delivering successful sales strategies.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and market trends.
* Understanding of finance and insurance products (advantageous).
* Business or sales qualifications desirable but not essential.
