Role responsibilities
Procuring subcontractors and materials, including issuing and agreeing tender/specialist packages.
Monitoring project costs and managing variations with the Contracts Manager/Senior QS.
Completing take-offs and handling contract administration.
Managing material approvals.
Preparing monthly cost reports and payment claim applications.
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
At least 2 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on medium to large-scale projects (Civil, Residential, Commercial, or Groundworks).
Strong teamwork abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
A full, valid driving licence.
