Operations Manager Role

* Owning the day-to-day running of operations, from management meetings to action follow-through.
* Leading IT systems and suppliers, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing smooth rollouts.
* Streamlining processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling, and reporting.
* Managing and mentoring a small operations/admin team.
* Taking charge of partner schedules, resolving conflicts, and maximising efficiency.
* Running HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, admin, and staff engagement.
* Supporting managers with performance, change, and people development.
* Oversighting facilities, suppliers, and office inventory.
* Keeping our website and social channels up to date.
* Delivering special projects - from process redesigns to compliance initiatives.
About You
* Proven experience in operations/management with strong commercial acumen.
* A professional services background (accountancy, legal, consulting, or similar) is preferred.
* A leader and a doer; strategic when needed, hands-on when it counts.
* Highly organised, practical, and solutions-driven.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively.
* A strong communicator and influencer at all levels.
* Tech-savvy, with Microsoft Office and CRM/practice management know-how.
* Professional, approachable, and discreet, with integrity at your core.
