Phasor is a Facility Management Company providing reactive and preventive maintenance programs for commercial clients. Our services mainly include electrical, mechanical, and related disciplines. Established in 2004, we are growing annually as more companies outsource building management.
The Role
We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Services team, reporting to the Customer Helpdesk Manager at our Ballycoolin, D15 office. The standard hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday, with occasional flexibility required to meet business needs.
Person Specification
* Technical understanding of electrical and mechanical services.
* Commercial awareness, particularly in processing quotations from contractors and forwarding them to customers.
* Smart, professional, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic.
* Presentable in a corporate environment with proven customer/client relationship skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in Facilities Management is a plus but not essential.
Key Competencies
* Organized with the ability to work well in a team under pressure.
* Fluent in verbal and written English.
* Excellent report writing, grammar, and communication skills; able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
* Updating customers on work completion statuses.
* Liaising with key contractors providing subcontracted services.
* Preparing follow-up quotes for customers.
* Strong financial awareness, cost tracking, and organizational skills.
* Managing customer relationships.
* Using our job-tracking system (Joblogic).
