Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Support for people with Intellectual Disabilities in Castlerea. Duties include:
* Supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities with the activities of daily living.
* Promoting higher levels of independence.
* Encouraging their full participation in the community.
* Being mentored and guided during your time on CE to ensure you receive qualifications, networking opportunities and relevant experience necessary to gain full time employment.
Skills Required
* Kind, patient nature and able to work with vulnerable people.
* Understanding of confidentiality.
* Flexibility in work and hours.
* A full clean manual driving licence.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
* Willingness to partake in QQI accredited Healthcare training.
* Garda vetting and/or international police clearance.
