Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover – 7 Months)

7 months (with potential extension up to 13 months)
On behalf of our client, a prestigious Travel and Leisure company, we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive for a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

* Hybrid working model (work from home Wednesdays and Fridays following onboarding)
* 35-hour working week with flexibility within core hours (10:00–15:30)
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns
* Manage SEO strategy, including keyword research and performance reporting
* Develop and optimise website and blog content
* Plan, deploy and analyse email marketing campaigns (HubSpot)
* Manage social media content, scheduling and reporting (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
* Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta and Google) and manage agency relationships
* Support website updates and landing page optimisation
* Manage multimedia content libraries
* Coordinate graphic design briefs and internal brand assets
Candidate Requirements
* Third-level qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing
* 3–5 years' experience in a digital marketing role (tourism experience advantageous)
* Strong understanding of SEO; experience with Google Ads is desirable
* Experience using HubSpot, CMS platforms, Google Analytics and Looker Studio
* Proven ability to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content
* Experience managing paid social and search campaigns
* Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills
