Customer Service Agent – Irish Brand Homes
Fixed Term Contract 12 Month – Full time position.
Closing Date: 2nd June 2026.
Salary: €31,824.02 + (€2,035 Flex per annum).
About The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as an ambassador for Irish Brand Homes, delivering exceptional customer service across all channels. You will support customers from initial enquiry through to post‑visit engagement, ensuring a seamless, digital‑first experience while supporting ticketing operations and internal coordination.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver professional, friendly customer service across phone, email, web and social channels.
Support customers with bookings and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and feedback efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM and ticketing processes.
Work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing and finance teams to support booking delivery.
Manage B2B and internal ticketing requests, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Experience / Skills Required
Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment (hospitality, tourism or reservations).
Strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, digital).
Experience handling and resolving customer queries and complaints.
Confidence using CRM systems or booking/ticketing platforms.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A customer‑first mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
