Connexus are delighted to be be supporting one of our clients in the Travel and Tourism sector on their search to find a digital savvy, brand focused, Marketing Manager to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the marketing calendar and align CRM, content, and paid media into a seamless story.
* Run digital + traditional campaigns that both perform and build brand awareness.
* Write polished, on-brand copy across emails, social, and content — clear, concise, and always in tone.
* Collaborate with agency partners to execute and optimize campaigns.
* Turn performance data into smart, actionable strategy.
* Lead the charge with our PR agency — managing media, assets, and brand storytelling.
* Coordinate press activity, pitch follow-ups, and keep brand decks looking sharp.
Skills/Experience:
* 4+ years in marketing, ideally with experience working with high end, luxury or premium products and services
* A marketing or communications degree (or similar).
* Strong grasp of digital channels: Paid Social, Paid Search, CRM, Content, Display.
* Confidence working with agencies and creative partners.
* Bonus points for experience in PR, events, or media comms.
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and CRM tools.
* A sharp eye for style and brand tone.
* Great at juggling timelines, content calendars, and creative workflows.
* Calm, clear communicator with a flair for brand-led storytelling.
