Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high‑performing sales team across Structured Cabling, Networking Solutions, office fit‑outs and Data Center markets.
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue, margin improvement and growth targets.
Maintain and grow sales in Ireland by developing and implementing strategies to hit revenue, margin and growth targets.
Set clear sales targets, performance expectations and provide coaching, guidance and support to help team members achieve goals.
Recruit, train and manage a high‑performing sales team focused on Network Connectivity sales in Ireland.
Secure new business for ONNEC Ireland and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers within the Irish market.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, marketing, pre‑sales) to align strategies, resources and delivery.
Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of strategic accounts.
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue performance and communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding and experience of the Irish Structured Cabling & Active Networking market.
Proven experience in driving growth, sales leadership and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional leadership and people‑management abilities, with a capacity to inspire cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication and public presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics.
Experience in growing and developing an E‑Commerce platform and managed service offerings beneficial.
