Location:
Dublin ( 2 days on site, hybrid)
Salary:
€33,000 - €40,000 DOE
Day to day:
* Managing claims end to end:
taking ownership of each claim, gathering information, assessing liability, negotiating, and settling claims within agreed authority levels.
* Customer service focus:
being the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and service providers, ensuring a supportive, professional experience.
* Decision-making and investigation:
capturing accurate details, identifying potential fraud indicators, and making well-reasoned decisions to resolve claims fairly for both the company and the customer.
* Supporting the team:
helping with workflow, providing guidance to colleagues, and contributing to a positive team environment.
* Technical expertise:
maintaining accurate reserves, authorising payments, working with loss adjusters/solicitors, and challenging service providers when necessary.
* Continuous improvement:
participating in training, projects, and initiatives that improve processes and customer experience.
What we are looking for:
* Previous claims handling experience or general insurance experience (from broker or insurer)
* APA (personal and commercial insurance) - IS A MUST
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
* A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach.
