Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of psychological services, with a strong emphasis on autism, neurodiversity, and complex disability. Drive service expansion beyond physical disabilities. Clinical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children and adults. Provide supervision and mentorship to psychology staff. Research & Education: Foster a culture of learning and research. Collaborate with academic bodies to advance clinical practice and knowledge-sharing. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families, clinicians, and sector stakeholders. Represent the organisation at national and external forums. Team Management: Oversee recruitment, performance management, training and professional development of psychology staff.
