Realtime is currently engaged by a major firm in Ireland who are looking to hire a Partner to work in their Technology Consulting division.
You will work with a portfolio of technology-driven clients undergoing significant data, AI, and digital engineering transformation, with accountability for growth, delivery, and relationship development.
Key responsibilities
Own senior relationships with technology and business leaders, understanding their strategic roadmaps and transformation priorities.
Oversee and drive account strategy, including revenue growth, renewal, and expansion across various technology domains
Liaise with internal colleagues to put together teams and ensure coverage to deliver for your Clients
Ensure successful delivery of ongoing programmes, intervening as executive sponsor when risks or escalations arise.
You will be responsible for bringing new Clients and opportunities to the business, ensuring ongoing account development
Collaborate with other internal partners in different divisions to offer a wider go‑to‑market solution
Experience required
7+ years in a senior account, client partner, or engagement director role within IT consulting, digital engineering, or data/AI services.
Evidence of managing multi-million-pound accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding growth targets.
Strong understanding of modern data, AI, and cloud technologies and how they drive value in enterprise contexts.
Experience coordinating local and offshore teams to ensure consistency in delivery
Highly experienced with a strong network in the Irish marketplace
Profile
People person who is able to engage stakeholders at all levels, with excellent pitching and influencing capability
Strategic thinker who also enjoys rolling up sleeves on deals, commercials, and delivery issues.
