Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a global leading Healthcare Packaging company. They are looking to grow and expand even further and are in need of a
European Pricing Manager
who will lead & manage the global pricing team.
Overview:
The European Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the global pricing strategy to enhance sales and profitability. This role requires effective collaboration with sales and marketing leaders to optimize the pricing process for both global and regional customers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Global Pricing Team to ensure pricing aligns with commercial strategies.
* Develop a pricing framework balancing "cost +" intelligence with market-based pricing for new opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional Sales Directors to drive new business development and manage pricing for NPD and NPI.
* Partner with S&OP and Sales teams to sustain world-class demand planning and insights. - Facilitate collaboration with R&D and Sustainability teams for product launch content.
* Conduct effective departmental meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes. - Monitor material cost changes and assess pricing impacts across regions.
* Establish and streamline strategies for bid processes.
* Work with Finance to develop analytical tools enhancing commercial insights.
* Enhance commercial reporting with the CRM management team for new business activities.
Requirements:
* Education:
Four-year degree required, preferably in financial or technical fields. MBA or advanced business/financial degree preferred. -
* Training:
Prior experience in Medical Packaging is preferred.
