This role focuses on maintaining system stability, resolving incidents efficiently, and ensuring seamless operations across business-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Salesforce application support and issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to users.Monitor Salesforce performance, proactively identifying and addressing system anomalies.Manage incidents, service requests, and changes in line with ITSM standards and SLAs.Conduct data analysis to highlight trends and drive process improvements.Maintain knowledge documentation and operational SOPs in Confluence.Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance service quality and efficiency.Prepare regular SLA, performance, and progress reports.Support and mentor team members on technical and client service best practices.Technical Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of Salesforce and Service Cloud, including:User and Access Management (user creation, troubleshooting, permissions)Case and Ticket Management (case handling, escalation, defect reporting)Data Management and Integration Monitoring (data loads, error handling, log monitoring)Administration (license audits, sandbox refreshes, deployments, troubleshooting)Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.Familiarity with UNIX scripting, Oracle or other relational databases, and batch scheduling .Knowledge of Omnibus, Splunk, Dynatrace, and exposure to AWS or Azure preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience supporting Salesforce environments in enterprise or global settings.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.What's on Offer2-year daily-rate contract (€470 per day)Hybrid working (Dublin-based)Exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce environmentsCollaborative and international work culture
