**Account Executive, SMB - Southern Europe (Spanish Proficiency)**
We're looking for a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Klaviyo. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our prospects and our company's trajectory.
Our AEs are product experts who focus on closing deals with the right customers, setting them up for success. You will be responsible for running the entire sales cycle, from qualification to demo to driving the buying process to close, with minimal support. This includes managing dozens of prospects simultaneously and forecasting your business with accuracy.
We're seeking someone who can consistently close over 70% of their opportunities, proactively manage and extract value from their territory, and exhibit our values of accountability and effort.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build Klaviyo's client base
* Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
* Support the success of your peers
* Exhibit Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort
* Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives
* Expand your skill set by participating in adjacent tasks over time
Requirements:
* Fluent Spanish Speaker
* 2+ years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions
* Experience selling to C-Suite/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
* Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often times with multiple stakeholders
* Fluent English (written and verbal). Additional business-fluent French or German is a bonus
