Your new companyA membership body is recruiting for an employment solicitor based in Belfast.Your new role You will join the organisation as a part‑time Employment Solicitor (17.5 hours per week) on an initial three‑month temporary contract, with potential for extension. The role will focus on the end‑to‑end management of a portfolio of Employment Tribunal claims, including advising on risk and strategy, meeting Tribunal deadlines, drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, supporting settlement discussions and preparing matters for hearing or counsel.
