Experienced Baker / Boulanger (Artisan Bread & Viennoiserie)

Job Description
Bread Heaven Bakery is a busy artisan bakery outside the vibrant city of Galway looking for a skilled Boulanger to join our team. Produce high-quality breads, baguettes, viennoiserie (croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.) and pastries in a friendly, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Daily production of artisan breads and viennoiserie using traditional methods.
Mixing, shaping, proving, and baking.
Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Working early mornings, afternoon and evening shifts, with weekends off.
Requirements
Professional baking qualification (CAP Boulanger or equivalent) and/or proven experience.
Strong skills in bread-making and viennoiserie.
Motivated, reliable team player.
Basic English required.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: €32,000 – €38,000 per year (depending on experience).
