The Role
This role sits within a busy customer service team supporting customers throughout the life cycle of their finance agreements. You will be a key point of contact for customer queries relating to accounts, payments, and general servicing, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and in line with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails.
* Action customer requests including account changes, payments, settlements, and statements.
* Manage customer complaints in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Process direct debits, manual card payments, and account closures.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Liaise with internal teams and support day-to-day customer service operations.

* Previous experience in a customer service–focused role.
* Strong phone and written communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* APA / QFA qualified or working towards (or willing to pursue).
* An interest in retail lending and financial services.
